Once your Technician has finished making your garden free of dog waste, they will then double bag the waste and put it in your black bin. If your bin is full and our team member cannot fit it in your bin then they will place it to the side so that it can be put in there once your bin has been routinely emptied.

Once your garden has been thoroughly cleaned by one of our technicians, they will take and send a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidently get out of your garden. Our fully trained team members will then begin cleaning their scooping equipment with kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of illnees and germs to other dogs, up-holding a safe and vibrant enviroment while adhering to biosecurity measures.
Arrival Notification
Our friendly Pick-a-Doo technicians will send a 60-minute "on the way" text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be at home during the cleaning service, but we do request that it is easy to access areas that are scheduled to be cleaned and that no aggressive dogs are left out in the garden. This only ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Cleaning Your Garden
Your professional Poop Technician will arrive at your home and start cleaning your garden. Our team are trained to walk in a special route to minimise the possibility of missing any dog waste. After carrying out this specific route they will then go over your garden multiple times ensuring the area is clean and free of any missed dog mess.
